Essential Beauty has offered the best in client care and professional treatments for over 30 years, 19 years from our current beautiful premises. We offer a wide range of treatments including, IPL hair removal, CACI face and body treatments, skincare using Dermalogica, Environ and Jane Iredale. Nouveau lashes, Lycon waxing as well as nails in our beautiful dedicated nail spa, using OPI and CND products.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

A Professional Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where these results happen in our Skin & Beauty salon. Based in the salon, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our clients to have their best results possible through delivering treatments and retail sales combined. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have. By showcasing your expert product knowledge and the passion to make a difference you will be successful.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You will require Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with FacialElectrical. This is an absolute ESSENTIAL, so that we can ensure that the standards of our Retail Skin Therapists are consistent.

• Preferably 3 years salon experience.

• Excellent nail skills including gel polish and preferably acrylics.

• Lash extension training, ideally nouveau.

• Knowledge of Dermalogica and/or Environ products and treatments.

• You will have had some experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment within Beauty.

• You will be an outgoing, creative thinker who has the ability to create activity to really inspire and draw clients to us.

• Above all else, you will have a passion for skin health like no one has ever seen. You will use this passion to inspire others.

Our room, available on a full or part-time basis, is decorated with luxury finishes and with spacious reception and waiting area.

Essential Beauty is looking for therapists who complements our beauty business. We currently offer a wide range of beauty and advanced treatments and would like someone who can enhance Essential Beauty.

We are ideally looking for people offering the following treatments:

• Botox and fillers

• Semi-permanent make-up

• Sports massage

• Physiotherapy

• Acupuncture

• Lash extensions

We would not be able to offer rental to anyone with the same services as Essential Beauty.
